Heinz welcomes and values your
feedback. However, certain rules do apply to all feedback and other
submissions:
First, by submitting a product review or other materials to us, you agree that
such materials are submitted to us voluntarily without any confidential
obligations, and are submitted for good and valuable consideration, the receipt
and sufficiency of which are hereby acknowledged by you. Heinz and its designees shall be entitled (but not obligated) to use your submitted
materials for any purpose that Heinz and its
designees deem appropriate in their sole discretion, without compensation to
you.
Second, Heinz shall own all right, title and
interest in any submitted materials (including any associated intellectual
property rights), and you hereby assign such right, title and interest to Heinz without compensation to you. By submitting materials to
us, you hereby represent and warrant that you have the authority to grant such
rights to Heinz.
Finally, you agree neither to assert nor to cause or encourage others to assert
against Heinz or its designees any claim based on
misappropriation, infringement, confidential relationship, implied contract or
otherwise arising out of any use by Heinz or its
designees of any submitted materials.
