1. Where can I find Nancy’s products?
Visit the Find Nancy’s section on our website, and use our product locator tool to find the store nearest you. Some of our appetizers are only available during the holiday season (October – January), so please ask your grocer for the next shipment date. The store list is based on purchases made within the past month, so call your grocer to ensure they still have the product in stock.

2. Can I refrigerate thawed Party Spirals?
Yes, but for no longer than 2 days. Please discard any Spirals left at room temperature for over 3 hours or left in the refrigerator for more than 2 days.

3. Can Party Spirals be thawed in the microwave?
For best results, I do not recommend thawing Deli Spirals in the microwave. I’d suggest that you thaw Spirals at room temperature for 30 minutes OR in the refrigerator overnight.

4. Which method is better for heating Quiche Entrées: microwave or oven bake?
Both methods result in a delicious quiche. If you prefer a flakier crust, I recommend oven baking. But if you’re short on time, just microwave the quiche for 3 minutes, and it’s ready to eat.

5. Can I microwave your products?
I recommend that you only microwave our Quiche Entreés and Petite Quiche products. The other appetizer items do not perform well in the microwave because the uneven heat of the microwave may produce a tough and soggy pastry.

6. Can I order products directly from Nancy’s?
Sorry, but we’re not equipped to handle consumer direct orders. Please talk to your local grocer and ask him or her to order Nancy’s products for you.

7. If I own a business, is there any way I can purchase your products by the case?
Yes, please contact your Food Service distributor.

8. I love your quiche, can I have your recipe?
I am delighted that you enjoy my quiches. I have a better idea… let me do the work for you!

9. Do you sell a 100% vegetarian Quiche pack?
Not at this time. Currently, three of our individual Quiche Entrée flavors are without meat -- Florentine, Broccoli Cheddar, and Cheese Trio. But, these flavors come in packages that also contain non-vegetarian flavors of Petite Quiche.

10. How long do your products last in the freezer?
I recommend that you discard any product over 12 months from the date of manufacture (as described below) to make sure that you get the best quality taste. It is not a health hazard, it’s just that frozen products tend to lose their freshest flavor after one year of freezing.

11. How do I read the date code on the carton?
Our product code format uses the Julian calendar. An example code might read 1534N2. The number 153 is the Julian date in the year the product was manufactured. For 2004, the 153rd day is June 2. The 4 in the product code represents the year (2004). You may disregard the last two digits. A product with this example code was made on June 2, 2004.

12. How can I garnish your quiche?
Here are some suggestions for you to create your own signature combinations by topping the baked quiches with any of the following ingredients:

Olive slices and a sprig of parsley
Thin slices of red and green bell pepper
Tiny dollops of pesto, purchased or homemade
Slivered prosciutto (Italian Ham)
Tiny dollops of herbed cream cheese, purchased or homemade
Drained sun-dried tomatoes, chopped, and a sprig of parsley
