Cranberry Sauce 2 10 min 25 min 1 bag (12 oz.) fresh cranberries 1/2 cup freshly squeezed orange juice 1 tablespoon orange zest 1/2 cup red wine 3/4 cup Maple Syrup In sauce pan combine all ingredients. Cook over medium high heat and bring mixture to a boil. When cranberries start to pop, reduce heat to a simmer. Cook about 20 minutes, partially covered. Stir occasionally and watch to make sure mixture doesn’t boil over. Transfer to a serving bowl.
