White Wine Cream Sauce
Yield: about 2 cups

Ingredients
1 pt (16oz) heavy cream
4 tsp. minced shallots
2 Tbsp butter
1/2 cup white wine
2 Tbsp chopped fresh parsley
1/4 tsp salt
Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
1. Melt butter in a large sauté pan over medium-high heat.
2. Add shallots and sauté for about 1 minute
3. Add white wine and heavy cream. Cook for about 12 minutes over medium heat stirring frequently.
4. Add salt and parsley. Season with more salt and pepper, if needed. Transfer to serving bowl.
