Ingredients
1/3 cup crumbled blue cheese
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup Sour cream
1 teaspoon vinegar (preferrably tarragon)
salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
  1. In a food processor fitted with the metal blade, combine blue cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream. Pulse until ingredients are incorporated. Add salt and pepper to taste. Transfer to a serving bowl.
